My Bio
My photography:
   - Natural light or flashlight;
   - Exposing the occasion;
   - occasionally planning the shot;
   - tripod;
   - 35mm analogue Olympus OM-1 camera;
   - 50mm f/1.8 80-200mm f/4 and 28mm f/2.8 lenses;
   - Mirror lock-up (now broken);
   - CPL filters;
   - slide or neg film;
   - long exposures at unknown places;
   - Timer or cable release at long exposures.

Mostly I do Urban Exploration 35mm film photography, processing in labs. Someday I hope to invest in my own lab to develop BW and Slide film.

Why not digital? I don't want to downgrade to crop-factor sensor and I don't have the funds for a FF DSLR. Besides - I really take almost a pervy enjoyment out of the act of looking at the developed slides with a loupe or through slide projector. It's Otherworldly!

Oh, my - so much is lost while performing scan of a slide film... It's just impossible (at least for now, with my current knowledge) to transfer that awesomeness to the digital medium. One has to see it to believe it.

In the morning by accident the back cover of my film camera flew open :/ Probably destroyed 2-5 frames of solo urbex pictures in a house once full of junkies. I mean - there were hundreds and hundreds of syringes and abused medications lying around. At the same time, the place gave impression of cleanliness. That sight alone was impressive. And now it has burned away by some degree. Or maybe this accident will produce a nice contribution to the Analog Errors #analog--errors (https://www.deviantart.com/analog--errors) group : D
